All products sold by CutRateBatteries.com carry a 30-day money-back guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with any of our products, for any reason, you can return the product for a refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase. After the initial 30 days, most products are still covered for replacement up to 12 months for manufacturer’s defects but no refunds can be issued.
If you purchase multiple products, please try only one set at a time to determine whether you are satisfied before opening the rest. After the first set, only unopened products, in original packaging qualify for a refund.
All refunds are issued in the same form of payment used in the original transaction within 10 business days of receiving your return. Due to our aggressive pricing, we cannot refund shipping charges. If the return causes the original order amount to fall below the free shipping minimum of $149.00, a $6.00 charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
